She was very proactive in referring me to a Paralegal firm that specializes in real estate transactions which helped me with the negotiation and move out process. Having this expertise made the world of a difference! Alison was thorough in explaining where the market is and even booked appointments for us to review similar units up for sale. Selling a condo without living in the actual city could come with challenges, but Alison went out of her way to handle any situation that came up, whether it be with the tenant, hydro or communicating with the building concierge. I really felt that I had someone in my corner, and she was in constant communication with me from start to finish. I never had to wonder what the next steps would be, which was very refreshing and comforting! During the negotiation stages, she was always up front with her opinion and provided different options based on the strategy of the buyer.
